I'm a retired teacher having the time of my life blogging (www.myfilm.com) writing stories, turning them into screenplays, publishing books & graphic novels, and producing 2D and 3D animated films. I provide consultation, Story Development, Screenplays, Art Direction/Design, Budgeting tips, Storyboards, Advertising Design, Graphic Arts, Music Videos, Posters, Press Kits, PR, Movie Titles, Web Sites, CGI and Special Effects for Independent filmmakers.
MY INFO:
In 2001, I partnered with Simona Lyriti, to form LYLOFILM to create low-cost high-quality 2D and 3D animations. We have since produced two dozen shorts and music videos as "work for hire". Our films have been posted by fans to the Internet and have had tens of millions of views. Our studio has grown fast and our work is now winning awards at many Film Festivals.
2007 NEWS:
In 2007, Lylofilm completed its animated second season for Henry Rollins and IFC. Our 'George W. Bush's TEXAS BARBEQUE with Saddam Hussein' premiered on IFC-TV July 4th and had over a million hits within a few days after dozens of fans posted it on YouTube. Everyone copies our short films off of television and puts them on the Internet. We must be doing something right!

Thank you for the connection. We have a low-budget horror film with 2 name actors attached and an EP in the UK. I would like to know more about your work as an investor. We are currently seeking funding for our project.
Warmly,

Don't have storyboards online. I should (it'd help me to get work).
>Now that I'm retired...
Like you, I'll probably never be "retired." Hopefully I'll keep working on what I want till the day I pass.
> I'm looking to work with anyone who can help us push our projects ahead...
I'm in the second position below at this point.
>... if you have a worthwhile project(s), I'll help to push your project(s) ahead.
I currently have two primary projects (the Romantic Comedy "Happily Married" which I have possible interest in depending on the re-write; and my first Indie--a romantic/ psychological drama called "Sometimes...").
>It's a two way street and anything is possible.
I have production experience with some knowledge of foreign presales, but I'm short on direct experience on The Ask for funds. I'll help any way I can of course.
> What do you do? What do you really want to do?
Right now, I'm working to survive while the re-write happens and continue working on re-write of another script.
What I really want to do is... Work on three projects a year (shoot/post)--one Tent and one Indie. I have about thirty-five working projects in various stages of development (some of course much stronger than others), ranging from developed concept to 50-70 pages complete.
Write/Produce/Direct/Act is the simple answer.
>I do not do any work and I do not fund projects. I'm a producer.
That's fine. Like I said, I'm not strong in the Producing angle. I would like to find someone I can work synergistically on to Produce, so I can focus on the Creative side of the projects.
My work ranges from small budget dramas to Sci Fi Tent Poles--very few SFX to a lot of CG work.
I'm open to discussion on any of it.
>I'm assembling a slate of 100 top quality projects with high production value...
Yes. I intend even my low/no budget Indies to have high production values.
I look forward to reading your blogs shortly.
I also do Storyboards, and was a Graphic Artist for a number of years. I have designs for the Posters for a number of my projects and I'm also a Musician, and intend to score some of them as well.
Let me know how I can help you. I'm willing to colaborate on many levels.
You can reach me direct at my hotmail web site, and I'll email you my phone from there.
Welcome! What sort of projects are you doing/working on?
